NAACA Privacy Policy
The NAACA Privacy Policy has been established to help protect the 'NAACA Membership Roster' from being used for spam, chain letters, solicitations, and sale to third parties.

All information provided to NAACA by its Members should be kept confidential and is for use of NAACA and its Members only. There are two rosters: The Complete Member Roster which is used by the Board of Directors to help manage the affairs of NAACA, and the NAACA Roster which is distributed to all Members of NAACA. The purpose of the NAACA Roster is to facilitate communications within NAACA both for NAACA business and for social purposes, including the social purposes of its Members. The NAACA Roster or copies thereof should not be released to anyone outside of NAACA without the prior written approval of the NAACA Board of Directors. Addresses (including E-mail addresses) and telephone numbers will be included in the NAACA Roster only with the prior written consent of the Member. Information contained in the NAACA Roster about a Member should not be released to any person or entity outside of NAACA without the written permission of that Member. Information about a Member is not to be used for solicitations, chain letters or spam, or for sale to third parties. The information contained in the Complete Member Roster is not to be released outside of the Board of Directors.
Violations of this policy will be prosecuted by law.

Thus we need to get your permission to include your information in future issues of the NAACA Roster that is posted in the password protected 'Members Only' section NAACA website. Choosing to be listed is a personal choice, but the Board hopes that you will say YES to each of the three items below in the best interests of social communication within NAACA.
